Straight from Halo Infinite, Ken Block’s Hoonigan Industries have created a real warthog, with an engine of over 1000 horsepower.
Among the most particular events celebrating the upcoming arrival of Halo Infinite there is also the construction of a real warthog by Hoonigan Industries, the laboratory founded by rally driver Ken Block , who filmed and posted the video on the construction on YouTube. of this particular vehicle.
The warthog in question also appeared during the evening of the presentation of the film Free Guy and it is a real vehicle built on purpose, not a modification of a pre-existing car. The video released by Hoonigan Industries demonstrates how the construction started from the basic composition of the chassis and involved all the other elements of the car.
Obviously, the rear turret is missing, which would probably have had difficulties in being recognized by the traffic code, but otherwise it has practically all the original features of the warthog, including some specific changes seen in Halo Infinite, a chapter to which this version is inspired.
It should be noted that, in addition to the bodywork and the shape very similar to the original, with some details such as the traction cable and more, this warthog is also equipped with four-wheel steering like the one present in the series of Bungie and 343 Industries.
Inside the vehicle, Hoonigan has inserted a twin-turbo 7.2-liter V8 engine, capable of generating the beauty of 1060 horsepower , which should probably equal the historic performance of the warthogs seen in the Halo series, possibly avoiding the massacres. In the meantime, we remind you that a new multiplayer beta of Halo Infinite is set for September 24, 2021.
