Quantic Dream’s Star Wars game has been in development for about 18 months

The creators of games such as Detroit: Become Human, Beyond: Two Souls and Heavy Rain have been working on a secret title for months. The studio does not address any rumors, while other sources report that Quantic Dream is developing the game in the Star Wars universe.

On Saturday, we informed our readers about the enigmatic artwork published by Tom Henderson, which suggested the arrival of a new item from the Star Wars universe by Quantic Dream . In the face of louder and louder speculations, the informant and journalist of the DualShocker editorial office delved into the issue.

Already on September 16, i.e. two days before Henderson’s entry, Gautoz (French YouTuber and former journalist) announced that Quantic Dream had terminated its cooperation with Sony and would sign a contract with Disney.

Insider confirmed that  he has received conclusive evidence:

“I also spoke to the person who presented overwhelming evidence that he has connections with Quantic Dream and reported that the studio’s Star Wars game has been in development for about 18 months.”

Developers have probably been focusing on the title for a year and a half, but Henderson emphasizes that he does not have detailed information about the game’s development process – rumors have emerged in the French developer community that Star Wars by Quantic Dream has been in full production for several months. Previously, the studio dealt with pre-production, after which it could receive approval from Disney to continue the project.

Quantic Dream has not officially confirmed the increasingly exciting reports, although the person responsible for the studio’s social media liked the news of the first rumor on Twitter. After noticing the reaction, however, it was removed.
