Rainbow Six Extraction Delayed Until January 2022

After it was announced under the name Rainbow Six Quarantine more than two years ago, Ubisoft brought back this cooperative bet at E3 to present it in great detail with the official title of Rainbow Six Extraction . Despite having shown gameplay and dated its launch for the month of September, it seems that the plans have changed again within Ubisoft and this new Rainbow Six will not be available on the date that was made public .

Rainbow Six Extraction delayed to January 2022

Despite the fact that just a month ago Ubisoft revealed the launch date of Rainbow Six Extraction , today the gala company has confirmed that the game will not be ready for that date but will have to wait until 2022 to enjoy it. Specifically, it has targeted the month of January 2022 for the launch of Rainbow Six Extraction .

” Our ambition with Rainbow Six Extraction is to offer a complete AAA experience that changes the way we play and think about cooperative games. […] We embrace the opportunity to take the extra time to bring our vision of form to life it deserves in January 2022. We are confident that this will ensure that Rainbow Six Extraction is the immersive, cooperative and exciting experience that we want to create, and the one that you aspire to play, “they have commented from the studio.

While it is surprising that Ubisoft has delayed the launch of the video game just a few weeks after putting a date on it, the truth is that Rainbow Six Extraction is not alone. The list of video games planned for 2021 that have finally had to delay their launch to 2022 is long and includes such prominent titles as God of War: Ragnarok, Hogwarts Legacy or Ghostwire: Tokyo.
