RUMOR: Nintendo would be waiting for the announcement of the Switch Pro to show Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2

It was in 2017 when the Nintendo Switch debuted alongside the hit The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild . It has been 4 years since the launch of the console and, according to rumors, Nintendo would be waiting for the announcement of the Switch Pro to share more about the sequel to the game.

It was a long time ago that the first and only trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 was shown, it announced that it shocked the industry but has remained in the shadows to this day. That is why, given the rumors of the imminent announcement of an updated version of the hybrid console, it is easy to think that Nintendo wants to wait for that announcement to show more of the next The Legend of Zelda title.

There is no doubt that a possible joint launch can repeat the success achieved in 2017, however, everything is still up in the air despite the voices that claim that it could happen at the end of the year (for the Christmas season) or even in March 2022 (for the 5th anniversary of the Switch).

It is worth mentioning that there is also the rumor that we told you before about the possibility that the Switch Pro will be launched in the fall of this year, although we will have to wait until E3 to know all the details in case the improved console exists.

We only have to wait a couple of weeks to find out all the new information that Nintendo will share in mid-June at the most important event in the industry, and that Gadgetcrutches will cover for you.

What do you expect from Breath of the Wild 2? Tell us in the comments.
