From today, the first players can check out Xbox Cloud Gaming on the Xbox Series X | S. This means that those interested do not have to download the production – just click “Play” to be able to experience interesting adventures.
Microsoft announced this feature a few months ago, and it has recently been revealed that the proposal will soon hit the Xbox Series X | S. Now we can confirm that selected owners of the Xbox Series X | S can use the cloud to run games.
“Playing in the cloud on your console cuts waiting times for fun and lets you quickly jump into online multiplayer sessions with friends, allowing you to play games with Xbox Game Pass without waiting for installation. Plus you save space on your hard drive! “
At least the offer is currently not available to everyone as testing is still ongoing, but in the near future we won’t need to download the entire game to see if we like it. Just turn on the title, and when it turns out to be valuable, you can put the item on the download list.
This is obviously an option only for Microsoft customers who have a strong and stable network connection, but the whole Xbox Cloud Gaming should be perceived as a great project – currently not everyone will benefit, but in the future it will be the basis of fun for many players.
It is worth adding that today the new Xbox Game Pass price for selected countries has been confirmed , and Marvel’s Avengers will go to the service . Additionally , the October Xbox Live Gold offer was revealed .
I'm incredibly pleased to share that we're rolling out cloud gaming on console to a random subset of our Alpha and Alpha Skip Ahead Xbox Insider audiences later today. It's still got rough edges, so please check out the known issues, file bugs, and enjoy! pic.twitter.com/NRLh7SVkmo
